Certain calibers and complications have to be serviced at the headquarters of a brand.

JEWELRY SERVICE​

We are certified to service jewelry of the brands we carry.
​
Certain types of jewelry, as e.g. enamelled jewelry, have to be serviced at the headquarters of a brand.
In special cases the item for repair will be sent directly to a brands headquarters, e.g. to FABERGE enamel repairs.
We may accept other jewelry brands for repair, but typically only from our regular customers.
WARRANTY
Brands have an official guarantee for their products that is valid for a limited number of years, typically 2 years. For repairs under guarantee, please present a valid guarantee certificate for the product that is to be repaired.
Official guarantees typically exclude wear and tear and accidental damages.
